Delivery: target, accepted, and failed are unique-user counts. “Accepted” means the notification service accepted the request; it does not confirm receipt or read status. Missing values are shown as Not recorded, never as zero.

Scope: Overall audience includes all non-venue accounts. Venue audiences include unique customers linked by verified connections. Percentages use each audience's total accounts or customers as the denominator; people may choose multiple interests, so percentages do not add to 100%. This is not a measure of actual visits or revenue.
Recent city data: counts use the latest admin-approved location lookup. Each Insights refresh saves that hour’s city counts without account IDs, usernames, or coordinates.
