Zero Tolerance Policy

The Craic has a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Any content, behavior, or material that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Age Requirement

The Craic is an adults-only platform (18+). Users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older during registration. We do not knowingly allow minors to use our service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on The Craic:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - Any imagery, video, or content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) - Any behavior intended to exploit, groom, or abuse minors
Grooming behavior - Any attempts to build relationships with minors for sexual purposes
Solicitation of minors - Any requests for inappropriate contact or content involving minors
Sharing or requesting CSAM - Distributing, requesting, or linking to exploitative content
Discussions sexualizing minors - Any conversations or content that sexualizes children
Age misrepresentation - Claiming to be a minor or misrepresenting age for predatory purposes

Enforcement

When we identify or receive reports of CSAE/CSAM:

The account is immediately suspended pending investigation
All relevant content is preserved for law enforcement
Reports are filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies
The account is permanently terminated
We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report suspected CSAE/CSAM through:

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our safety team.

Legal Compliance

The Craic complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:

U.S. PROTECT Act
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
EU Digital Services Act child safety provisions
Applicable national and international child protection laws
