By accessing or using The Craic mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App or website.
You must be at least 18 years old to use The Craic. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be underage.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Craic has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities. See our Child Safety Standards for details.
You retain ownership of content you post. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share it and for ensuring it follows our guidelines and applicable law.
If you send a photo through the Community Photos feature, the app will show you the username and city label that will appear with it and ask you to confirm before sending. With the new photo-map consent, the photo's exact GPS location also appears as a separate photo marker in the app for two hours. This marker is independent of your live user-location pin and does not move when you move. The marker location is removed from the live app record after two hours; provider-managed database backups may retain a copy longer. The photo itself is published on The Craic's public website without waiting for prior review, where the page shows no coordinates. Embedded photo-location metadata is removed before publication. You grant The Craic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that photo as needed to operate the Community Photos feature. We may remove content. You can ask us to remove your photo by contacting support@thecraic.app. Visitors may copy or save public photos, so removing a photo from our site cannot remove copies others have already made.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App uses location services to connect you with nearby users. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the App. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles or the safety of in-person meetings. Exercise caution when meeting other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Craic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
