By accessing or using The Craic mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use The Craic. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be underage.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Craic has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities. See our Child Safety Standards for details.
You retain ownership of content you post but grant The Craic a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it complies with our guidelines and applicable laws.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App uses location services to connect you with nearby users. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the App. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles or the safety of in-person meetings. Exercise caution when meeting other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Craic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
